Some rooms have been reserved in a local motel that is 1/3 mile, easy walk to the dance hall in the heart of the village. There are also options to share a house or find a room in a home.  All the information can be found here:

Sunday night dinner will be provided in the dance hall. All other meals need to be individually arranged. There are cafes and restaurants in the village and a general store where you can pick up food for a picnic.
